We believe in the verbal, plenary inspiration of the Bible. It is inerrant in the original languages and the supreme and final authority in all faith and practice.
God the Father
God the Father is an eternal part of the Trinity, having all the Divine attributes and being the source of all things.
The second person of the Trinity is the Eternal, yet born of a virgin, Son, who died on the cross to make an atonement for the sins of mankind. He gained victory over death and hell by rising from the grave. He then ascended to Heaven and will one day return to rule and reign over the earth.
The third person of the Trinity convicts of sin and reveals Christ to man. He seals, comforts, and indwells each believer.
Fall of Man
Man was created in innocence, yet chose to sin against the known will of God. The result was physical and spiritual death, which means that mankind now has no means of gaining God's favor on his own.
Salvation is only through the Son of God who is the substitute for the punishment of sins. It is the gift of God by grace through faith and its only basis is the shed blood of Christ.
This being was created by God in perfection, yet fell in pride from his position before God. Since then, he has been in open rebellion against God and has extreme hatred for the Lord Jesus Christ. His final destiny is the Lake of Fire.
The church is a new testament mystery hidden from those in the past. Its two parts are universal and local. All who accept the Lord Jesus Christ are part of the church. The church upholds the ordinances of Believer's Baptism and Memorial Communion.
The rapture of the church to glory is the next event in God's timeline, followed by the tribulation period and millennial reign of Christ. At the rapture, all the saints from all the ages will receive glorified bodies and be with Christ forever. The unsaved will be resurrected at the end of the millennial reign of Christ to face eternal punishment in the Lake of Fire.
